A century-old villa in the heart of Nicosia, its facade carefully preserved. Inside, Amyth keeps just ten rooms and suites — handcrafted furniture, tall ceilings, and old-style shutters measuring out the afternoon light.

Amyth Kouzina, the all-day restaurant, runs from the indoors to a terrace set with olive trees, its cooking drawn from Cyprus and the wider Mediterranean. Amyth Bar stays quieter — cocktails, small bites, low voices. There is also a curated insider tour, for those who want the city's long history told properly.
