The place

Eight stories of red brick in Williamsburg, renovated in 2023 with a vintage industrial hand. The 147 rooms and suites wear custom furniture by Michaelis Boyd Studio over oakwood floors, and keep the essentials close.

The roof is where it opens up: a pool with the whole neighborhood in view, a deck of loungers and cabanas, an outdoor shower, a bar for later. There is a compact gym on-site. Sungold cooks all day — Mediterranean plates, much of it touched by the wood fire.
