The place

In Old Palma, a 16th-century building carries a contemporary interior — bespoke furniture, vintage pieces, custom Huguet tiles, and green accents that nod to the Tramuntana Mountains.

The 31 rooms and suites hold a palette of white, black, and emerald, with designer furniture by Artek, HAY, and Carl Hansen. DUX bedding, Egyptian linens, Byredo in the bathroom.

The outdoor pool is emerald green, its loungers striped in yellow. A fitness space and a sauna sit inside. Xalest, the casual restaurant and bar, keeps to Mallorcan and Spanish cooking.
