Mii amo

The place

The red rocks of Sedona surround Mii amo on every side. An all-inclusive spa retreat and a destination in itself, its interiors take the canyons' own reddish tones, set against clean contemporary furnishings. The 23 casitas are quieter still — sculptural furniture, an understated palette, a private patio for the long light of evening.

The days follow the seasons: canyon walks, birdwatching, pottery classes, stargazing after dark. There is an outdoor pool and a 3,300-square-foot fitness and movement studio. At Hummingbird, the main restaurant, the kitchen celebrates fresh seasonal produce from nearby farms, ranches, and the retreat's own garden.
