The place

Above the MUJI flagship in Ginza, the brand's idea of living becomes a place to sleep. Open since 2021, the hotel carries the store's minimalism upward — clean lines, modern furnishing, nothing extra.

The 76 rooms come in a range of configurations, each with a stone bathroom, large windows, and amenities drawn from MUJI's own shelves.

A library holds a large collection of books; beside it, Coffee & Salon pours roasted coffees and fresh cocktails. WA, the restaurant, keeps to authentic Japanese dishes — and the lively Ginza district, just outside, takes care of everything else.
