The place

Near Mesaria village, and unlike the classic Santorini villa — here the lines are clean and geometric. Behind the white facade, 119 rooms and suites keep to minimalist furnishing warmed by wood. A handful of bungalows come with a private outdoor pool and garden.

The centerpiece is the long L-shaped infinity pool. The spa runs deep: an indoor pool, five treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam bath, a fitness room, a space for yoga in the open air.

Three places to eat and drink. Among them, Elio's — an Italian American chophouse with an old-school charm.
