The place

A 1950s motel on the Greenport waterfront, revived with a playful hand. The 32 rooms, shacks, bungalows, and beach houses come in creamy tones — relaxed furnishing, floral patterns, modern amenities, small pops of color.

The private sandy beach is the crown jewel: lounge beds, sweeping water views, not much else. That is the idea.

The kitchens are curated by Michelin-starred chef Finn O'Hara. Nookies plays the nostalgic mid-century diner; Eddie's is an al fresco oyster bar with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. A warm lobby bar pours whatever the evening calls for.
