The place

In Sendling, on Munich's southwest edge, a former tech office turned dark grey and became a hotel. The industrial bones remain — exposed concrete beams, playful furnishing set against them.

The 360 apartments run from micro studio to two-bedroom suite, all in a pale green and blue palette, all with a fully fitted kitchen. Cozy modern furnishing, industrial touches.

Outside, a heated pool with lounge beds among the greenery. There is a co-working space, a sauna, and a fitness and yoga studio on-site. At Mural Farmhouse, the kitchen keeps to the farm-to-table movement.
