The place
A grand dame on the St Moritz lakefront. Inside, the building's original extravagance holds — the main tower rooms stay classical and opulent, while the new Serlas rooms wear a contemporary Loro Piana interior.
Water runs through the place: a scenic heated outdoor pool with a Jacuzzi, and a 25m indoor infinity pool. A spa and a gym sit alongside. More than a dozen culinary concepts fill the house; La Coupole – Matsuhisa, with its imaginative Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, is the one we return to.
