The place

An Andalusian courtyard townhouse in the heart of Seville, its creamy 19th-century facade left intact. Inside, Madrid's Febrero Studio balanced the traditional and the contemporary — terracotta tiles underfoot, curated artwork, quiet pops of green and red.

There are only four apartments, one and two bedrooms each, held in an earthy palette. Most come with a full kitchen, a living area, and a private terrace with its own pool. Made for staying a while.

No restaurant on-site, and none needed. Il Ristorantino Dell'Avvocato is nearby for pizza; Bar Salsamento pours drinks alongside small plates.
