The place
On Harbour Island, beside the pink sand beach of Dunmore Town. Recently reimagined, the interiors lean whimsical and tropical — the 41 rooms and cottages layered with intricate furnishings, floral wallpapers, Matouk linens, and Ortigia Sicilia toiletries, each with a balcony.
The outdoor pool sits right next to the pink sand, framed by pink loungers and private cabanas. Elsewhere: multiple sports courts, an open-air fitness center, a cold plunge and sauna, a nine-hole putting course.
The Pink Mermaid is a bistro given to Italian dishes; Beach Shack and The Beach Bar are the breezy spots for a drink.
