The place
Palm Heights stands in crisp white on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Gabriella Khalil imagined the interiors as a 1970s mansion — vintage against contemporary, with pieces by Marcel Breuer, Mario Bellini, and Ingo Maurer placed through the rooms.
The 52 suites keep a sun-kissed palette: designer furnishing, Italian stone floors, curated artwork. Each carries a Juliette balcony, Italian bedding, Costa Brazil bath products, and an Apple TV.
Days pass between two outdoor pools, the fitness centre, and the spa — or out on the water, snorkelling, paddleboarding, touring caves. Four venues handle food and drink: Tillies cooks classic Caribbean dishes al fresco, while Yashinoki sets out a multi-course Japanese dinner.
