The place

Pink Palm gathers several 1950s houses in Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas, a stone's throw from the ocean. The property leans into its heydays — a nostalgic resort charm in pink and emerald.

The 27 rooms and suites keep a simple white-and-wood palette, warmed by rattan, tropical prints, and the odd quirky object. Matouk linens, Frette towels, Ortigia toiletries, a kitchenette.

At the heart of it all, a multi-level outdoor pool laid in emerald tiles, and a sundeck of striped loungers facing the Caribbean. El Barsito, the award-winning restaurant, works in fresh local seafood and island favourites; the cocktail bar mixes classics alongside its own inventions.
