A white Victorian townhouse just north of Hyde Park, in Paddington. Behind the elegant facade, Paris-based architect Fabrizio Casiraghi has set a moody, nostalgic scene: saturated orange and brown, vintage furnishings, Persian rugs underfoot.
The 60 rooms and suites keep the old-world charm simpler. Custom dark wooden furniture, vintage-inspired fixtures, ceramic bathroom tiles. Davilaine bedding and Floris bath products finish the rooms quietly.
The vintage line runs into Studio Nohrd, a fitness room of checkered tiles and wooden machines. There is no restaurant; instead The Green Room lays a buffet breakfast each morning, then settles into a lounge and workspace for the day. Pondicherry Bar handles the evening — cocktails and French wines.
