Charles Zana's renovation lets old and new speak quietly to each other. The 34 rooms keep a soft palette — vintage furniture, floral patterns, details left over from another century.
The heated outdoor pool is the heart of it, edged with day beds and greenery, the kind of place afternoons disappear. Below ground, a spa; nearby, a fully equipped fitness room. At La Table du Ventoux, chef Thomas Lesage cooks a contemporary Provençal menu in the open air.
