Hotel Fraye Nashville

The place

In Midtown Nashville, Hotel Fraye occupies a modern dark grey building that opened in August 2022. EoA Group shaped the 4-star interiors in an industrial glamour — brown and dark grey, chrome light against exposed concrete.

The 200 rooms and suites follow suit. Concrete ceilings overhead, leather headboards, abstract artwork on the walls. Floor-to-ceiling windows do most of the work. A writing desk and a TV with Netflix round things out.

The heated outdoor pool is the centerpiece, the city skyline laid out beyond it. Eddie Ate Dynamite, the lively open-air bar, sits alongside. There is a fully equipped gym, and for more formal meals, Gathre — a stylish restaurant serving modern American cooking.
