The place
Noelle is the revival of an icon: a neoclassical corner building in downtown Nashville, built in 1930 as the Noelle Hotel. The lobby honors the original architecture — restored terrazzo underfoot, grand marble columns, original brassware, carved wooden trims.
The guest rooms and suites are far more contemporary. Each comes in crisp white or deep navy, with Art Deco-inspired furnishing, hickory hardwood floors, custom ceiling millwork, and curated pottery and artwork.
A 24-hour fitness center offers yoga and pilates classes. Four dining and drinking spots round out the stay; Makeready L&L, an Italian-influenced tavern, is the one we return to.
