The place

On the outskirts of Preveza, Meraviglia keeps eight acres of oceanfront estate to itself. The 12 suites are soft and minimal — Scandinavian influences, Greek furniture, local materials. Each opens onto its own private infinity pool and a terrace facing the Ionian Sea.

Slowness is the design. Yoga and pilates outdoors, curated massages, the beach close at hand. There is a gym, a sauna, a zen lounge, a garden. La Pergola, the open-air restaurant and bar, serves Mediterranean cooking and drinks without hurry.
