The place

By the harbor of Ibiza's Old Town, a neo-colonial landmark from 1933 brought back to life. With Dorothée Meilichzon, the property leans colourful and quirky — never over-the-top.

The 33 rooms and suites follow suit: quirky wooden furnishing, patterned textiles, and pastel accents set against creamy walls and parquet floors. Even the showers are considered, laid in ceramic tiles.

Downstairs, Café Montesol belongs to chef Alex Larrea — tapas and share-style dishes built from local produce. Above, the rooftop bar mixes cocktails with Japanese bites, Dalt Vila holding the horizon.
