The place

In the heart of Ibiza's Old Town, an old movie theatre became a sleek ivory building. Oskar Kohnen Studio shaped the interiors with a playful, earthy hand — quirky contemporary furniture, floral accents, curated artwork.

The 53 rooms and suites go quieter. Clean lines, calming palettes, mid-century modern pieces, wood and plants. Sumptuous bedding, Davines in the bathroom, a Nespresso machine.

On the roof, the island's first rooftop pool — loungers, greenery, and Dalt Vila spread out in panorama. Beside it, UP pairs Japanese-Mexican plates with vibrant cocktails. On the ground floor, Jara cooks farm-to-table in the open air.
