Moxy Banff

The place

A 1960s motel near Banff National Park, reworked by Workshop/APD into something else entirely. The public spaces run bold and mid-century — yellows, oranges, reds. The 109 rooms lean retro-ski: tartan wallpaper, exposed beams, chic custom furniture.

The inner courtyard is where the evenings settle. An outdoor plunge pool, a hot tub, firepits throwing light across plush seating.

Bar Moxy and Paul's Food Truck handle drinks, breakfasts, and all-day bites. A 24-hour fitness center sits on site, and three world-class ski resorts are a short drive out.
