Nolinski Venezia opened in July 2023 on Calle Larga XXII Marzo, inside a 1929 stock exchange building remade with care. Paris studio Le Coadic Scotto set modern sophistication against a romantic Italian charm — a mood that carries into the forty-three rooms and suites, neutral and wood-panelled, warmed by red and pink. Mosaic-tiled bathrooms, a Bang & Olufsen speaker, curated art.
Elsewhere, a Roman-style indoor pool looks out across the city, and a spa keeps to treatments and massages. Michelin-starred chef Philip Chronopoulos leads Palais Royal, where French technique meets Italian flavour; Il Caffè stays homier, Mediterranean and unhurried.
