Near the Canberra CBD, a building shaped by more than 60 designers, artists, and architects, its materials local and often salvaged. The reference points are drawn from traditional Australian landscapes and culture, and the sustainability runs quietly through everything.

The 81 rooms and suites sit in a moody palette of brown and grey. Exposed concrete, rustic decor, restored local furniture, curated objects, original artwork on the walls. Plush bedding, a rain shower, a minibar, free internet.

A fitness centre with machines and free weights waits on-site. On the ground floor, Monster Kitchen & Bar keeps to vegetarian cooking, built from fresh local produce.
