The place

On the northern coast of Paros, arranged like a breezy whitewashed village. The 33 suites and villas keep a tonal calm — natural materials, bespoke contemporary furniture, motifs borrowed from North African tribes. Many hold a private Jacuzzi or pool.

The outdoor pool shimmers between brown daybeds and umbrellas; the spa leans Asian in its rituals.

At Paron, the main restaurant, Greek cooking follows the seasons and the small producers who supply it. Mr. E and Circe Bar handle breakfast and the drinks that come after.
