The place

Five Cycladic buildings on a cliff along the eastern coast of Paros. Behind the white facade, Stone & Walls worked traditional materials into a contemporary interior. The 41 rooms and suites stay minimal — soothing creamy hues, sculptural furniture, a private terrace each.

Wellness takes its time here: a large lagoon-style outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a steam room, a sauna, treatments. Horse riding and wine tasting, for days that want a shape.

The Parocks restaurant takes traditional Greek cooking somewhere creative, and the pool-side bar mixes cocktails in the open air.
