Potato Head Suites & Studios occupies a modern open-air complex on the Seminyak beachfront. The building is frankly brutalist — raw concrete and slatted woodwork, nothing like the traditional Balinese house.

Inside, the 226 studios and suites turn warmer: wood, sleek modern furnishing, local textiles. The details lean sustainable, from Sensatia Botanicals toiletries to biodegradable slippers.

The outdoor infinity pool and sundeck face the ocean, panoramic and open. A spa and a 24-hour fitness center sit within the complex, and nine venues handle food and drink — Indonesian cooking, seafood, plant-based plates.
