The place
In Tampa's Water Street district, ROOST Tampa occupies a new building by Morris Adjmi Architects, and the interiors follow the facade — modern, bright. The 97 apartments run from studios to two-bedrooms, set with minimalistic furniture, vintage rugs, curated artwork, and subtle industrial details.
Each comes appointed for a long, unhurried stay. A well-appointed kitchen, a Samsung TV, a Sonos speaker, laundry, SFERRA linens on the bed, Le Labo in the bath.
The centerpiece is the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, flanked by lounge beds and cabanas. The gym holds its own — upscale equipment, an outdoor area, and fitness classes.
