The place

In Wedgewood-Houston, the London members' club keeps a Bauhaus-inspired red brick building that once made socks. The interior remembers it — a chic crossover of industrial and vintage.

The 47 rooms, open to members and non-members alike, show exposed brick and original wooden parquet floors, dressed with meticulous furnishing, velvet headboards, and vintage decor.

A large outdoor pool anchors the days. There is also a large fitness space, a wellness terrace, a sauna, a steam room, and a screening room. May's, the newly arrived all-day coffee shop and bar, handles the rest.
