The place

A grand stone building from 1874 in Old Montreal, its historic facade untouched. Inside, the conversion is complete — 46 loft-style studios and one-bedroom apartments, made for staying a while.

Each comes ready for real life. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, in-room laundry, fast wifi, ROKU on the TV. The rooms with a private terrace are the ones to ask for — the city spread out in front of you.

There is no restaurant on-site, and it hardly matters. A cozy lounge and co-working space round out the building, and the neighbourhood fills the rest — Modavie and Caffe Un Po' Di Piu among the best of it.
