The place

In Neve Tzedek, a two-story house from 1913 — its original structure and facade preserved and refurbished by local studio Bar Orian Architects, a contemporary steel extension set quietly on top.

Inside are eight apartments, from one to four bedrooms, each with its own personality. Apartment 03 runs minimal and industrial, with brutalist and Art Deco undertones. All come with meticulous furnishing, a full kitchen, a private terrace, a TV with Netflix, a laundry.

The rooftop is generous: a plunge pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, sun beds, fitness equipment, an open kitchen. There is no restaurant on-site — cook in, or walk out to the neighborhood's many good tables. Local gym access is offered too.
