On St Kilda Road in South Yarra, The Royce inhabits a heritage-listed building that opened in 1928 as a Rolls-Royce showroom. SJB leaned into the glamour — Art Deco lines, velvet against marble.
The 94 rooms and suites follow in white, grey and deep navy, furnished with the same Deco assurance. Luxurious bedding; a minibar chosen with care.
The Showroom Bar pours handcrafted cocktails alongside small bites and mains. Mornings belong to The Terrace, a relaxed al fresco breakfast room with a distinctly European accent. A fitness centre with Technogym equipment rounds things out.
