The place

Carved into the hills of Oia from former homes, barns, and cellars, The Saint keeps to sixteen cave suites. Crisp white walls, minimal furnishing, and the particular hush that stone rooms hold. Each opens to a private terrace with its own infinity pool and the sea below.

There is a larger communal infinity pool with plush daybeds, a fitness room, and a cave spa — hammam, steam room, Jacuzzi, treatments.

Trinity, the cliffside restaurant, serves a menu drawn from Santorini itself. Sky Bar takes the evening, cocktail in hand.
