The place

Fifteen acres of Islamorada waterfront, opened in late 2024 and drawn from the island's own flora and fauna. The 214 rooms, suites, and cottages carry contemporary furnishings, organic graphics, easy pops of color, and comprehensive amenities.

Water sets the rhythm here. Three outdoor pools, three sandy beaches, water taxis coming and going from the full-service marina. A movement studio, an arcade, and watersport equipment fill the hours between.

Nine places to eat, so no single answer. Kindler's does wood-fired fare; Little Limon cooks Latin American. The rest is yours to wander.
