The place
It began as a restaurant, in 1918. Only recently did Antiga Casa Buenavista become a hotel — the original facade lovingly preserved, the interior refurbished with a modern charm.
The 43 rooms and suites stay soft: a pale, neutral palette, modernist decor, natural parquet underfoot. Deluxe bedding, a marble bathroom, Natura Bissé toiletries, a TV with Netflix.
On the roof, a plunge pool among loungers and greenery. And on the ground floor, the kitchen that started everything — Casa de Comidas Buenavista, serving since 1918, traditional local cuisine with an innovative touch.
