Broadwick Soho
The place
Martin Brudnizki — the designer behind La Fantaisie and Fouquet's New York — brought his playful maximalism to Broadwick Street in late 2023, drawing on 1970s disco pop and the history of Soho itself. The result is a whimsical kind of glamour.
The 57 rooms and suites come in pastels and muted colors: quirky bespoke furnishings, patterned carpets, herringbone parquet, artwork and objects picked by hand. Frette linens and Ortigia bath products; a Nespresso machine, a Dyson hairdryer, and in-room movies for the nights in.
For a small hotel, it eats well. Dear Jackie, dressed in bold red silk, reimagines Italian classics and pasta. Flute, up on the roof, pours cocktails beside share-style dishes. And a residents-only lounge keeps a drink in peace.
