The place
Eighteen private lodges stand above the vineyards of a Cape Winelands estate in Stellenbosch, created by the renowned jewelry house that shares its name. David Collins Studio designed each one: refined modern furnishings, original local artwork, a marble bathroom, and a terrace with its own heated pool.
Beyond the terrace, a 22-meter outdoor pool and hot tub, an art-inspired spa, and a light-filled fitness center. At Hōseki, chef Virgil Kahn cooks contemporary Japanese dishes that shift with the season. Delaire Graff Restaurant keeps to fine dining.
