The place
A historic Montmartre building, brought back to life in early 2025. In the 9th arrondissement, Policronica kept the interior monochromatic, built from sustainable eucalyptus wood — one material carried through 20 rooms of contemporary furniture and artisanal detail.
The spacious duplex is the one to know: a separate living space and a compact kitchenette. Elsewhere, a kids’ room stocked with games and books, and a cozy lounge where evenings pass with a movie or a record on vinyl.
The cafe keeps it simple — coffee, pastries, a snack in passing. A breakfast buffet appears every morning.
