In downtown Athens, Ergon Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery that is also a hotel. Opened in early 2024 and designed by Urban Soul Project, the interior takes its cues from the craft of bread-making — its warmth, its patience.
The 29 rooms, sized from small to double-extra large, sit in a soothing creamy palette with sleek furnishing and dark wood. In each, sumptuous bedding, a Marshall speaker, Ergon snacks.
Food is the point. On the rooftop, +2H serves refined al-fresco plates that fold bold innovation into tradition. 72Η Eatery, casual and lively, is given over to dough — breads, pastries, pizzas.
