A 1930s Art Deco building on Agias Eirinis Square, Athens. K-Studio reimagined the interior in a neo-modern key, drawing on the Athenian Modern Movement.
The 38 rooms and suites sit in muted greens and greys — dark wooden furnishings, terrazzo underfoot, brass catching the light, a private balcony. The penthouse keeps its own rooftop terrace, with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
The Zen Center holds yoga classes and treatments. Downstairs, Perianth Cafe runs through the day, cooking cosmopolitan Mediterranean food with a quiet Greek accent.
