The place

Hotel Dama occupies a white 1950s building in Condesa, Mexico City. The interior follows the building's era — a refined mid-century modern, kept pristine. Each of the 17 rooms holds custom wooden furniture, checkered marble floors, and a private balcony or courtyard.

There is a curated library for slow afternoons, and a tranquil rooftop terrace where jacarandas bloom in season. Breakfast arrives fresh each morning, on the house.

For the rest of the day, Dama Terraza stays open — a rooftop restaurant and bar with a homey Mexican-American menu and a long list of drinks.
