The place

A 1940s seaside inn on the Yamba waterfront, kept in the spirit of the Mediterranean coast. It feels like an old-school guest house — four intimate suites and a private bungalow, each crafted with vintage furniture, marine stripes, reclaimed European tiles and curated antiques and artwork.

Every room opens onto a private balcony. Kitchenettes come well stocked; Aesop in the bathroom, Sonos for music, Samsung TVs for the rest. The whole villa can be taken for a seaside getaway of up to 16 guests.

The hotel will quietly arrange the extras — in-room massages, private surf lessons, pantry boxes delivered, a transfer from the airport.
