The place
On the edge of Surry Hills, The EVE wears its garden on the outside. Behind the plant-covered facade, SJB drew the interiors from Sydney's flora and fauna — 102 rooms and suites in moody red clay or eucalyptus tones, each with a private balcony and stylish contemporary furnishing.
The 20-metre rooftop pool is the reason to linger. Sun beds, cabanas, the city beyond. A fitness space and a holistic spa fill the quieter hours.
Two places to eat and drink. Lottie, a light-filled rooftop restaurant with a contemporary Mexican menu. Bar Julius, European in spirit — cocktails, coffee, bistro classics.
