The place

In the heart of Tel Aviv, a sculptural contemporary building rises like a thick stack of books. Inside, Ink Hotel keeps its voice low: white walls, warm wood, chic furnishings, curated objects and artwork through the communal spaces.

The 52 rooms and suites come in six styles. Each holds to a monochrome white palette with wooden flooring and a pop of blue or red — modern, cozy, uncluttered. Comfortable bedding, a rain shower, a writing desk, a Nespresso machine, a TV, free wifi.

On the roof, a plunge pool and loungers open to sweeping views of the city. A compact gym waits below, with machines and free weights. And on the ground floor, Sun Young serves Asian fusion — classic dishes, given a modern turn.
