The place

From the street beside The Lakes, Manon Les Suites reads as an understated glass building. Inside is another climate entirely — a tropical interior threaded with greenery and rustic touches, held to a sustainable 5-star standard.

The 87 rooms and suites take their cues from traditional Balinese culture: wooden furnishings, black stone walls, exposed concrete ceilings. Each comes with a kitchenette, organic bath products, and a Marshall speaker.

At the center of it all, the Junglefish Pool — an indoor pool in the atrium, thick with plants, lit by hanging fish lamps, loungers at the water's edge. There is also a spacious fitness studio, a sauna, and a steam room. On the roof, Chapung serves Asian fusion.
