Nine Orchard is the revival of the Jarmulowsky Bank Building, a Beaux-Arts landmark near Chinatown on the Lower East Side. Historians and artisans helped return its Neo-Renaissance grandeur — ornamental ceilings, cornice moldings, pink marble underfoot.
The 116 guest rooms and suites read more residential. Olive, brown, and ivory tones; refined vintage furnishing, local artwork, custom Ojas speakers, historical details.
