Palazzo Avino keeps to a hilltop in Ravello, a pink 12th-century palace above the Amalfi Coast. Inside, historic detail sits against contemporary touches; the forty-three rooms come in cream and pastel, with designer furniture, curated artwork, and handcrafted tiles underfoot.
