Piermont Retreat

The place

A remote bay near Swansea, on the eastern coast of Tasmania. Residences, cottages and spa suites are scattered across the retreat, one to three bedrooms each. The residences run modern; the cottages hold an old-world calm, stone walls and wooden floors.

All twenty-nine keep a king bed, a bath, ASPAR toiletries and a kitchen or kitchenette. A private beach, an outdoor pool, a tennis court, kayaks and mountain bikes are yours for the stay. At Homestead Restaurant, local fishers and farmers shape a seasonal menu.
