Twenty suites, sleek and modern, built with Tasmanian timbers and designer furniture from close to home. Each has a king bed, a private courtyard, a double shower and bath. Some hold a private plunge pool.
At Palate, the degustation follows whatever the local supply allows, paired with award-winning wines: grass-fed beef, deep-sea fish drawn fresh from the water.
