The place
A 1980s motel near East Hollywood, reworked with Eclectic Bowery into something breezy and coastal. Muted orange tile lifts the white facade; inside, flagstone floors and vintage stucco.
The 54 oversized rooms and suites come in white and wood, accented with custom millwork, handmade Moroccan tile, antique and design furniture, curated artwork, touches of terrazzo. Luxury linens and Diptyque in the bath; a Nespresso machine, a TV, and gourmet snacks within reach.
The pool is the point — open air, ringed by lounge beds and umbrellas. Marco Polo, the all-day trattoria and bar, keeps a casual, seasonal Italian menu.
