The place

Near the Savannah riverfront, a converted warehouse with its red brick facade lovingly preserved. Inside, the industrial past shows through — exposed brick against mid-century decor, all of it handled with an elegant touch.

The 173 rooms and suites keep a serene white palette: dark wooden floors, warehouse-style windows, industrial lighting. Marble bathrooms, Red Flower toiletries, fast wifi.

The outdoor pool holds the afternoon — plush loungers, wooden cabanas, a poolside bar. There is also a 24-hour fitness center, plus one restaurant and two bars. On the ground floor, Rhett cooks coastal dishes that celebrate the produce of the low country.
